Our most far flung Scotlarch Cladding delivery yet
30th July 2009
We thought we had done well sending our Scotlarch Cladding to Bristol. Last week this record was well and truly smashed, we saw a shipment of 170 square metres of Scotlarch leave the yard bound for the Falkland Islands, a total journey of 8,122 miles.
This will be the first delivery for a number of houses to be built by Roy Homes on the Islands and will arrive in time for a southern hemisphere spring build.
Scotlarch was chosen because of its proven ability to withstand the rigours of Island life, having been used in number of Island situations off the West Coast of Scotland.
