Sales Support & Reception Assistant – Russwood Ltd, Newtonmore, Highlands


Russwood, a supplier of high quality sustainable timber flooring, cladding and decking products is looking for a Sales Support and Reception Assistant to join our expanding team. This opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the front office reception, answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors and customers, and providing support to the Sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the front office reception operates smoothly.
• Support for the sales team, i.e. outbound telephone calls to customers
• Answering telephone calls and greeting all visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Support sales campaign by researching and gathering information on new and existing customers.
• Assisting with general administrative and other sales support activities.

Key requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience and proven track record in a similar role desirable.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Relevant industry & CRM system experience desirable.

Salary is negotiable but will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time post but job share may also be considered.
