About us / Visit Newtonmore HQ

Visit us to see our wide range of cladding and flooring samples.

Our sawmill and office are based in the picturesque village of Newtonmore in the heart of Scotland. We are always happy to show visitors around the following areas;

Our Flooring Showroom

One of our highly experienced flooring advisers will show you our extensive range of solid and engineered French Oak flooring. We can also advise you on your fitting, laying and finishing options.

Our Cladding Display

We have a wide range of cladding samples displayed which allow you to see the effects of ageing and weathering on the colour of the timber. One of our specialists will be on hand to advise you on the technical specification and detailing of our products.

Our Decking Samples

We have a range of attractive decking samples available for you to view.

The rest of the Sawmill

For those who want more of an in-depth introduction to the stages involved in producing the finished timber products, we can show you around;

  • The sawmill - where timber is re-sawn, graded, measured and checked for moisture
  • The planing mill - where specialist profiles are machined
  • The drying shed - where timber is stored and monitored before dispatch

This part of the tour is available by prior arrangement.

We look forward to meeting you soon

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 12 noon. Just give us a call on 01540 673 648 to arrange a visit (an appointment is not always necessary but it enables us to dedicate time to ensuring that you get the most out of your visit).

Depending on how much time you have to spend with us we can offer refreshments to suit, from a cup of tea or a wee nip of the local Stag’s Breath liqueur to a summer barbecue.
