Russwood decking allows businesses and home owners to expand into the outdoors, and with a beautiful range of FSC assured, naturally durable timber to choose from, you can be sure it will be long lasting, with low maintenance and look stunning. The range includes Garapa, Platowood, Siberian Larch and Scottish Larch. Our deck is also available as anti slip Russwood Gripdeck, ideal for those areas that are likely to be slippy.

Russwood Gripdeck - anti slip decking

Russwood Gripdeck anti-slip decking is ideal for those areas where slippy decking is a risk. Our anti slip Gripdeck is available in our full range of decking timbers.

Scotlarch

Scottish Larch is a very strong robust wood. Our graded Scotlarch® is selected from the best quality timber and is environmentally friendly being sourced within 100 miles of our sawmill.

Siberian Larch

Siberian Larch is a very strong and robust and visually consistent species suitable for all types of decking application.

Garapa

Garapa decking is highly durable hardwood, sourced from FSC accredited sustainable forrests. Garapa decking board is extremely hard-wearing, long lasting and very attractive.

Platowood

Platowood has undergone a natural heat treatment process which transforms less durable FSC certified spruce into a class 1 durable timber and improves its dimensional stability.

Russwood Decking

Slip resistant Gripdeck

Increasingly timber decking is being used in public access areas in addition to the traditional domestic markets.
There is however a risk associated with using decking, it has a tendency to become slippery when wet or covered in snow or frost.
Russwood Grip Deck is designed as an effective solution for areas where slipping may be a problem.

Naturally Durable Decking

When the sun doesn’t shine (which sadly is often the case) you need not worry about the effect on your beautiful decking. Russwood selects only naturally durable timber for its untreated decking.

This means that our deck is virtually maintenance free and will not need annual preservative treatment, it will also outlast most common decking timber.

Our normal opening hours are: Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm | Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm | Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm.

An appointment is not always necessary, though it may help us to make the most of your time at Station Sawmill. This is especially true during peak times such as Saturday morning.
