Our natural oak flooring comes unfinished and is available in three different grades. The flooring is tongue and grooved on all four sides greatly reducing wastage, it is 20mm thick as standard, 14mm thick is also available on request.

We supply in long lengths, with 70% 1.7m to 2.8m in length, if you specifically require a certain number of longer boards or set lengths this can be arranged for an additional cost.

Prime

Prime Grade solid oak hardwood flooring is selected to eliminate any large knots. Some minor knots may still occur but filling should be minimal. This floor provides a very clean contemporary look.

A very clear, virtually knot free, Prime Plus Grade is also available on special request.

Character A

Character A flooring has been pre-filled with a dark filler to closely match the colour of the board and create a smooth surface. The boards have also been sanded, which means that all you have to do is lay them and oil them to a beautiful finish.

Character B

Russwood's Character B is our most rustic grade of solid oak flooring. Knots and imperfections have been left unfilled so the floor is very much in its natural state. Filler and dust can be purchased to part fill or completely fill the knots and imperfections of your choice. Once laid and filled the floor can then be finished with hardwax oil.
