Production Administration Assistant
About the role:
Supporting the Production Manager with a variety of tasks ranging from co-ordinating machinery maintenance, analysing data, arranging travel and carrying out administration tasks this role give you the opportunity to work with Russwood’s office and production teams, learning about the business from all aspects. You will work closely with the production team on a daily basis on continuous improvement projects that work towards the strategic aims of the business while carrying out day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of our production team.

Accountabilities
- General duties to support the Production Manager with the day to day administration and assistance required by the production team, including purchasing consumables, stock and the maintenance of order documentation.
- Administration/scheduling/recording of machinery and equipment maintenance checks.
- Analysis of production data and working with Power BI to create reports.
- Supporting stock checks and reconciliation, maintaining profile stock levels and solving stock queries/issues.
About you
- You will be flexible and adaptable to work through a wide variety of tasks.
- Working well independently when needed you will also be a team player with strong communication skills.
- You will be self-motivated and driven to find solutions while adhering to strict business and regulatory guidelines.
- You will have good written English and Math, a high level of IT competency (including proficient use of outlook, word and excel), along with a desire to learn and develop.
Salary and benefits
Annual Starting Salary £29,216.20
42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday – from our Newtonmore production facility
