Covid 19 Update
Russwood Ltd would like to thank all of our Customers and Service Providers for their ongoing support during the coronavirus crisis.
Russwood remains open for business. Tours are by appointment only (details of how to book an appointment below). We are able to provide you with advice and quotes for your projects as normal. You can also visit our website for product information and inspiration as well as shop online for fixings, maintenance products, and accessories.
Our Production facility is operational in line with current government guidelines for social distancing and hygiene practices. We are processing orders for collection and delivery with lead times and deliveries returning to more normal timescales.
Coronavirus restrictions on site as of 12th January 2022 (under continual review)
As an employer of over 50 people from our local area we have a duty to not only our staff but also to the wider community we are a part of as well as our valued customers. Therefore, with safety our primary concern we have put in place the following to ensure all persons who visit Russwood are assured of their own personal safety as well as that of our staff.
For our customers: Cladding, Decking & Flooring tours are by appointment only. Please call our office on 01540 673648 to book an appointment. Face coverings are required within our Flooring showroom. Failure to book a tour in advance may result in disappointment.
Contractors: Any person wishing to enter site for maintenance/work purposes not employed directly by Russwood must complete Contractor Coronavirus H&S forms ahead of any visit. The forms outline all safety precautions you must adhere to on-site. Please contact us to arrange your visit prior to the day and the required forms will be sent to you for completion. You may be denied entry to site if you have not fully complied.
For deliveries/collections: Face coverings are required within our office and reception areas. On arrival do not attempt to enter any production areas. Remain with your vehicle whilst unloading/loading and maintain a 2-metre distance from all other persons whilst on site. Follow all instructions from Russwood staff. Please phone ahead if you have any queries or concerns.
