Meet Fraser

Fraser Hourston is a Cladding Specification Specialist at Russwood, where he provides technical guidance to architects and designers specifying timber for a wide range of projects. As part of the Architect Liaison team, Fraser supports clients in selecting the most suitable timber products to meet both performance and design objectives.

Fraser joined Russwood in 2023 after graduating with a degree in Architectural Technology from Edinburgh Napier University. His interest in timber as a sustainable, high-performance material drives his approach to specification and design collaboration.

To further strengthen his technical expertise, Fraser recently achieved a Level 2 Certificate in Wood Science and Timber Technology. His growing knowledge of timber and keen understanding of architectural detailing make him a valuable resource for project teams working to create sustainable and visually impactful environments.
