Meet Naomi

Naomi Russell is Joint Managing Director at Russwood, where she leads the continuous improvement of systems and operations across the business. With a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence, Naomi plays a key role in identifying strategic efficiencies that empower teams and drive long-term performance.

Naomi began her career at Russwood in the Flooring and Interior Cladding team, gaining hands-on expertise in timber specification for interior applications. Her deep product knowledge is complemented by a strong interest in interior design and a longstanding commitment to promoting sustainable timber in construction.

In recognition of her technical understanding, Naomi earned a Distinction in the Level 4 Certificate in Wood Science and Timber Technology. Her leadership combines operational insight with a people-first approach, making her a driving force behind Russwood’s continued growth and innovation.
