Ross McCormack is Russwood’s Cladding System Development Technician, specialising in the research and development of innovative timber cladding solutions. He joined Russwood in 2023, bringing hands-on experience from his previous role as an Architectural Technologist, where he worked on domestic projects across RIBA Plan of Work stages 2–5.
Ross holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Robert Gordon University and has a strong foundation in building design and performance. His professional interests lie in emerging construction technologies and forward-thinking approaches to façade design. To deepen his expertise in sustainable materials, Ross earned a Distinction in Level 2 Wood Science and Timber Technology - further strengthening his extensive knowledge of timber and its applications.
