Charred effect
Charred effect, from our Kurowood® range, is produced by embossing a ‘charred’ pattern into thermally modified Scots Pine, before being coated matt black. This creates an authentic charred look that is sustainable, durable and dimensionally stable. Unlike real charred timber, Kurowood®’s Charred effect doesn’t chip or fade over time.
