Delivery & returns

Information on this page refers to orders placed through our online shop only.

Delivery information for timber products can be found on our technical support pages.

How long will delivery take?

From Monday to Thursday orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.*


Orders are dispatched by Parcelforce and should arrive within 3 working days.**

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK and Scottish Islands.


We are unable to delivery to Northern Ireland, Guernsey or Jersey at this time.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over the value of £150 (ex VAT).


Orders are delivered by Parcelforce. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

Can I click and collect?

Yes, you can click and collect from our Newtonmore location at no cost. Just choose the click and collect option at the checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.


Orders placed before 1pm will be ready for collection the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be ready for collection in 2 working days.


Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for collection on the Monday or Tuesday.*

How can I return an item?

To return an item please get in touch within 28 days of purchase.


Russwood will arrange collection of faulty or damaged items. It is the customers responsibility to arrange for unwanted items to be sent back to Russwood.


We aim to refund to you within 14 working days.

What happens if an item I want to order is out of stock?

If an item you want to order is out of stock, please get in touch with our sales team and we can advise when we expect it to be available.


Occasionally an item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, we will be in touch as soon as possible to advise when we expect to have it back in stock. Alternatively, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
