Scott is part of Russwood’s Research & Development team, where he plays a key role in supporting sales, technical queries, and the ongoing development of new timber products. Having started his career at Russwood in the Cladding and Decking Sales team, Scott gained valuable insight into customer requirements, timber performance, and the nuances of exterior timber specification.
His practical experience and technical acumen made for a natural progression into R&D, where he now collaborates closely with the production and technical teams. Scott is involved in refining existing products, trialling new finishes, and ensuring Russwood’s timber offering remains high-performing and fit for purpose.
With a strong understanding of timber applications and a hands-on approach, Scott brings both customer insight and technical rigour to his role to ensure the continuous improvement of our timber products.
