Thea Jones is Russwood’s Flooring & Interior Cladding Sales Manager, with nearly a decade of experience advising on timber specification for residential and commercial interiors. Since joining Russwood in 2016, Thea has developed deep expertise in timber flooring and interior cladding, guiding architects, designers, and contractors through species selection, detailing, and installation best practices.

Thea holds a Level 4 Certificate in Wood Science and Timber Technology, which she achieved with Distinction - further reinforcing her technical knowledge of timber performance and sustainability. Her practical experience spans a wide range of projects, from bespoke homes to large-scale commercial interiors, making her a trusted advisor in the specification process.

As a team leader, Thea is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and supporting others to grow in their roles. Her combination of product knowledge, project insight, and client-focused support makes her a valuable resource for both the Russwood team and our customers.
